After visiting Ebay's offices in September to join in a charity hack the team set about trying to create a solution for charities to be able to take low friction micro payments from donors instantly (similar technology to the Amazon 1 Click functionality) on their mobile. They had just 24 hours to complete the task!
It didn’t all get finished that quickly, but GetGiving was born and the team quickly went about spreading the word as soon as possible.

GetGiving integrates with PayPal's new Adaptive Payments API to create a Mobile App that can make a donation to charity in seconds.

We have also been lucky enough to partner with MissionFish, who have a database of nearly 4000 charities that can hopefully all benefit from GetGiving in the future.

The aim for GetGiving is to provide the most functional and convenient method of giving to charity as possible. We are committed to making this the best possible service for charities to receive donations now and for the future.
